The event is chip-timed by Pikes Peak Road Runners. A race t-shirt is provided, designed by local school district art students. Post-race offerings include coffee, fudge, and quesadillas. Participants are asked to bring their own water bottle. All proceeds from the event go to the Manitou Springs School District. The event is organized by students, staff, and parents from the district.
