Mangerton
Mangerton is a mountain running event in County Kerry scheduled for Sunday 24 May 2026. The course is described as open mountain with rough terrain. Required equipment includes a waterproof jacket with integrated hood and taped seams, hat or buff, gloves, whistle, charged mobile phone with the emergency number stored, foil blanket or bivvy bag, waterproof full leg cover, means to carry at least 500 mL water, emergency food, map of the route or area, and a compass. The specific kit to be carried may be finalised on the day and will be advised at registration. Failure to carry required items may result in being denied entry or disqualification; random kit checks may be carried out.
