About the race
Mandurah Triathlon Club Race #8 is a club race offering triathlon, duathlon and aquabike events at Halls Head with two distance options: Enticer and Club Standard. Entry fees are listed by membership status: MTC members $15, Tri WA racing members $20, and non members $25.
The event formats and distances are:
Triathlon distances
- Enticer 150m swim, 7.5 km cycle, 1.5 km run
- Club Standard 300m swim, 14.5 km cycle, 3 km run
Duathlon distances
- Enticer 1.5 km run, 7.5 km cycle, 1.5 km run
- Club Standard 1.5 km run, 14.5 km cycle, 3 km run
Aquabike distances
- Enticer 150m swim, 7.5 km cycle
- Club Standard 300m swim, 14.5 km cycle
Online registration is available; race day registration is also possible but registrants added on race morning may not appear on printed lists. Participants set up transition areas with bike racks provided and receive a timing chip that is worn on the left ankle until after crossing the finish line. Race briefings explain the course and safety information and volunteers are positioned at key locations to provide assistance.
