Dell Technologies Management Challenge - Hay-on-Wye
The Dell Technologies Management Challenge is a four dimensional competitive event aimed at optimising management team performance and delivering charitable outcomes. It combines an adventure race format with structured management development and networking.
The event runs over two days and uses a multi-discipline adventure race format that includes canoeing, mountain biking, running, hiking, map reading, archery and mind puzzles. The race element is paired with a case study exercise that addresses a contemporary management challenge. A keynote speaker session complements the case study, and case study work is assessed by a leading business school academic.
The programme also includes senior-level networking opportunities and forums, and the event supports charity fundraising. The event is based at Racquety Farm in Hay-on-Wye, in the Black Mountains area of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
