MammothMarch Pennsylvania takes place on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at North Park in McCandless Township, Pennsylvania (start/finish at North Park’s swimming pool, 9901 S Ridge Dr). The route is a single-circuit loop of 20 miles, typically completed in about eight hours, with total elevation gain around 2,400 ft.
The course runs on a mix of mainly unpaved hiking trails, dirt trails, gravel roads and forest floor. The route passes heavily wooded sections, lake views and areas of fall foliage, and is designed so participants do not pass the same spot twice.
Water stops and aid stations are positioned approximately every 5–7 miles and provide toilets, food and drinks included in the ticket cost. Typical refreshments vary by station and include water, energy drinks, electrolytes, fruits, cereal or protein bars and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
There is no official timekeeping; participants who complete the distance are awarded a finisher medal and a personalized certificate. Participants who do not finish receive a certificate noting the mileage they covered. A finisher wall of fame is maintained for those who complete the event.
Additional event services include complimentary on-site parking, a limited block of discounted rooms secured by a travel partner near the venue, hiking passes for new participants, and event merchandise available through the event store and the official online shop.
