10th Annual Bobcats Turkey Trot 5K
The Bobcats Turkey Trot returns for its tenth year in Beaver, Pennsylvania. Organized by the Beaver Bobcats Girls Basketball program, the event offers participants a 5-kilometer route through the local streets along the Ohio River. The course remains open to vehicular traffic during the race, with signs and volunteers positioned along the path to assist with navigation. A water station is provided at the halfway point of the route.
Participants can choose between two entry options:
- Timed 5K: A chip-timed run or walk using electronics provided by Wolf Creek Race Management.
- Untimed 5K: A fun run or walk without official chip timing.
Registration completed by early November includes a guaranteed moisture-wicking technical shirt available in both adult and youth sizes. Those who register after this date may experience higher entry fees and are not guaranteed a shirt. Participant packets can be collected on the evening before the race at Beaver Area High School near the auditorium entrance, or on the day of the event.
