The Malton 10k "Le Sans Arret" takes place in Malton, North Yorkshire on 21 September 2025. The main distance is 10 Kilometres. The event is part of the Marathon Du Malton weekend and is inspired by the Marathon Du Medoc. There are three categories: a standard 10k ("Le Sans Arret"), a 10k fun run with food and drink stops ("Le Classique"), and a 10k walk with food and drink stops ("L'escargot"). A combo option allows participants to run in the morning and take part in the more leisurely afternoon categories.
Course, facilities and entry
The route starts and finishes in Malton Market Place and runs through roads, footpaths, fields, forest paths and a section of the Howardian Hills Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The course is undulating with kissing gates, steps and slopes; it may not be accessible to all. The event notes that wheelchair users have taken part but some gates require assistance.
Facilities listed include water stations, distance markers, toilets and basic changing facilities. There are no showers and no baggage store, and participants should bring their own water bottle because cups are not provided at water stations. Race headquarters is alongside the York Mix Radio Roadshow Stage in Malton Market Place. Entry for Le Sans Arret is priced at £30; an early bird price applies until 31 May 2025 and on-the-day entry, if available, carries an additional £5. Entry limit is 80 places.
