Malton 10k - "Le Sans Arret"
The Malton 10k - "Le Sans Arret" is a scenic running event held in Malton, North Yorkshire, starting and finishing at Malton Market Place. The 10-kilometre multi-terrain course features undulating roads, footpaths, fields, and forest paths, including a stretch through the Howardian Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Richard Fahey's famous Gallops. Part of the Marathon Du Malton inspired by France's Marathon Du Medoc, the event offers three categories: the competitive 10k run ("Le Sans Arret"), a fun run with food and drink stops ("Le Classique"), and a walking 10k with refreshments ("L'escargot").
Participants can also opt to run twice to enjoy both racing and tasting local Yorkshire produce. The event includes live music, entertainment, a producers market, and street food court, creating a vibrant atmosphere celebrating Yorkshire's food capital. Facilities include water stations, toilets, and basic changing areas. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
