Event overview
The Made in Ohio Half takes place on Sunday, March 29, 2026, in Massillon, Ohio. The event includes three distances:
- Half Marathon
- 10K
- 5K Run/Walk
Base entry fees listed are $55 for the half marathon, $50 for the 10K, and $40 for the 5K. Prices increase after January 31, 2026. The half marathon is open to ages 13 and over. The event is a member of the Ohio Challenge Series and lists Sole Inspiration as its charity partner.
Course and race services
Start, finish, and packet pickup are at Ernie's Bicycle Shop in Massillon with the courses routed on and around the Towpath Trail - Lake Avenue Trailhead. The half marathon and 10K include about 3 miles of rolling hills, with the remainder on flat towpath sections; the 5K is on a flat towpath. A 3.5-hour time limit applies to the event.
Participants are offered a long-sleeve shirt (adult sizes XS to 2XL) or a no-swag discount option, and all finishers receive a medal. The half marathon course includes Gatorade and energy gels at specified aid stations; water is provided on all courses. Multiple porta-potty locations, finish-line snacks and water, and limited paid VIP parking are listed for race day.
