Event overview
The Mackay Marina Run takes place in Mackay, Queensland. The event is held annually on the first Sunday in June; the 2026 edition is on Sunday 7 June 2026. The course starts at the marina and travels through the coastal city of Mackay, running alongside blue waters and sub-tropical scenery. The event supports the Leukaemia Foundation and has raised over $770,000 since its inception. More than 40,000 runners have taken part in support of the foundation.
