- 10k
The 50K uses a 10-mile loop with about 2,300 feet of elevation gain per lap, completed three times. The 100K uses a 20-mile loop around the lake with about 4,400 feet of elevation gain per lap, completed three times. Cut-off times are 15 hours for the 50K and 30 hours for the 100K.
