M2M Road Mile @ Shim's
Mile2Marathon Vancouver has partnered with Shim's Race to host one-mile road races during the Shim's Cycling Grandprix in Vancouver on July 4, 2026. The event features two separate races: one for Men and non-binary competitors, and one for Women and non-binary competitors.
Each race will cover roughly two laps of a closed road course. There will be no pacers. Prize money is awarded to the top three finishers in each race: $225, $125, and $50. A mid-race prime of $100 is offered in each race. Draw prizes are also listed.
The registration fee is $25 CAD per registrant. The regular registration deadline is July 2, 2026 at 11:59pm Eastern Time. Payments are accepted online and a small processing fee applies.
Cycling races take place on site, and beer and food trucks are available. The event listing shows participation by multiple clubs and 27 total registrants at the time of publication. The event is open to runners of all abilities. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
