The Sprint Triathlon comprises an outdoor pool swim, a 12-mile bike, and a 5K run. The swim in a pool removes open-water elements from the swim leg. The triathlon is scheduled to begin before the standalone 5K, so the 5K runs on a separate loop that starts and finishes in the same location.
Relay teams may include 2 or 3 participants. Teams share one race chip that must be passed physically at each transition. Registration for the events opens on January 27, 2026 and closes on June 22, 2026. Published fees are $75.00 for the individual sprint triathlon, $150.00 for a sprint team entry, and $25.00 for the standalone 5K.
