Races for All Paces

Races for All Paces is a family-oriented running event held at Eastern Illinois University O'Brien Stadium in Charleston, IL. The event program includes multiple distances and short youth races on the stadium field.

Distances offered:

• 10K Run/Walk: 6.2 Miles
• 5K Run/Walk: 3.1 Miles
• 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk: 1 Mile
• Toddler Trot: 20 Yards
• Diaper Dash: 20 Yards

The 5K and 10K are chip-timed; the 1-mile event is a timed run. First aid stations will be available on the course for the chip-timed races. All finishers in the 1-mile, 5K, and 10K receive a medal. Age-group awards are presented for the 5K and 10K.

Registration details vary by event. Advance and event-day fees differ by distance and by age category; toddler and diaper dash races are free and designed for very young children. The stadium races for little ones take place on the 50-yard line; the Toddler Trot is aimed at ages 3 to 5 and the Diaper Dash for ages 3 and under.
