Lyme Warrior 5K - Johnson City TX
The event is the seventh annual Lyme Warrior 5K Fun Run Color Run at Pedernales River Nature Park in Johnson City, Texas. It is organized to increase resources and awareness for Lyme disease, create opportunities for education and understanding, and advocate for improved testing and medical care for Lyme disease patients.
The event program includes a color run format and food and drink from Pecan Street Brewing. On site features include a jumpy house, a prize for the most green worn, awards for the top three finishers in the following age groups 0-18, 19-30, and 31 and up, a local teen performing the National Anthem, and a silent auction.
