LVRR July Summer Series 5K
The event is a free 5K road race held at Lehigh Parkway, 1600 Park Drive, Allentown, PA 18103. It is one race in a summer series held on the first Wednesday of each month from May through September; remaining series dates noted for August 5 and September 2.
The course is accurately measured and is a mostly flat cinder trail within the Parkway. The club noted a course modification in 2025 related to scheduled repairs to Bogarts Bridge. The race enforces a 60 minute time limit, equivalent to a 19:35 minute per mile pace.
Registration opens February 18, 2026 and closes on the day of the event. The registration fee is $0.00. Participants do not need to be members of the organizing club to take part. Race day check-in begins at 5:30 PM and all runners must check in. Racers must be at least 10 years old.
