All races use chip timing and results are posted online shortly after finish. Walking poles are permitted. Headphone use is discouraged; open ear or bone conducting headphones are allowed provided runners can hear announcements. A mandatory pre-race briefing takes place 15 minutes before each race at Base Camp. Race bibs are collected from the Event Village on race-day morning. Volunteer roles include course marking, aid station support, marshalling and base camp setup. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
