About the race
The Dream Finders Homes Lucky Charm 5K and 10K is a St Patrick's Day running event held on Sunday, March 14, 2027, near Home State Brewing Co in Hamlin Town Center, Winter Garden, FL. The event includes chip timing for the 5K and 10K, participant t shirts, finishers medals and a commemorative St Patrick's Day cup. Runners aged 21 and older receive one complimentary beer from Home State Brewing Co upon showing ID.
Free coffee and ice cream are provided by local vendors Foxtail Coffee and Kellys Ice Cream. An Orlando Health kids program offers short dashes with medals and bibs; distances vary by age and ability. A post race gathering takes place at Home State Brewing Co. Packet pick up is available the Friday before the race at a Dream Finders Homes location and there is race morning packet pick up at the race site.
Free parking is available on the top level of the Cinepolis parking lot in Hamlin Town Center. Registration fees are listed for each distance and registration has been limited, with past editions selling out in recent years. Course details note a flat, chip timed 5K and a new 10K course that follows the 5K route then splits shortly after mile 2 for a flat out and back on the trail.
