Dream Finders Homes Lucky Charm 5K & 10K
The event takes place on Sunday, March 14, 2027, near Home State Brewing Co in Hamlin Town Center, Winter Garden, FL. It offers timed road races and family-oriented kids dashes, plus post-race activities at the brewery.

All 5K and 10K entrants receive chip timing, a t-shirt, a finishers medal, and a St Patrick’s Day cup. Runners aged 21 and older receive one complimentary beer at Home State Brewing Co with valid ID. Foxtail Coffee and Kelly’s Ice Cream provide free coffee and ice cream on site. Orlando Health Kids Race participants receive a medal and bib.
The 5K course is described as flat and chip timed. The 10K is a newer course that follows the 5K route before splitting after about Mile 2 for a flat out-and-back section on the Trail. Water stations are placed roughly every 1.5 miles and at the finish; the 10K includes two water stations.
Packet pickup includes early pickup on Friday, March 12 from 11:00 to 17:30 at a Dream Finders Homes location and race day pickup beginning at 6:45 at the race site. Free parking is available on the top level of the Cinepolis parking lot in Hamlin Town Center.
Registration fees vary by distance and date: 5K $35 regular, $40 late; 10K $50 regular, $55 late; Orlando Health Kids Races $15 regular. Registration has been limited and the event sold out in the last three years.
Awards include medals for all finishers and awards for top overall and age group placements, including top masters and top three in each age group. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
