Event Overview
The Lowestoft 10k is described as the UK's most easterly run. The second edition of this community event will take place on Sunday, 14th June 2026. The event headquarters, start, and finish are at Denes Oval. The minimum age to enter is 16.
The Course
The event features a 10 km multi-terrain route. The course consists of two 5 km laps. It is mostly flat and runs along areas such as the North Denes sea wall and Ness Park. Surfaces include pavements and trail paths. The route is accurately measured by a UKA-affiliated course measurer and is fully marshaled and signposted.
Facilities and Information
There are no bag drop or changing facilities. Toilets are available at the Run HQ, around the 5 km point, and at nearby public toilets. Water stations are located around the 5 km mark and at the Run HQ. First aid services will be present at the HQ and on the course.
Run numbers with chip timing will be posted to participants in advance. In-ear headphones are prohibited, but bone conduction headphones are permitted if marshals' instructions can be heard. Pets, wheelchairs, and prams are not allowed on the course.

All finishers receive a medal and a drawstring bag with freebies. Event merchandise is available to purchase. Parking is available at Whapload Road and Links Road car parks.
