Lowell Firefighters Road Race
The Lowell Firefighters Road Race takes place on October 3, 2026, at the Lowell Firefighters Club on Fletcher Street in Lowell, MA (362 Fletcher St, 01854). The course returns to its original location and follows the same route as the previous year, covering approximately 5k (3.1 miles) with the start and finish at the club.
The event includes several male and female age categories plus a firefighters team category scored by the best three firefighters from a single group. An after party at the club will offer beer for registrants aged 21 and older while kegs last, along with a BBQ and snacks.
A portion of event proceeds will be donated to the family of a Lowell firefighter who passed away. Registrations submitted by September 15 guarantee a free event t-shirt. Published registration pricing shows earlier and later entry periods and a reduced rate for participants under 17.
