Lowell Firefighters Road Race
The Lowell Firefighters Road Race is scheduled for October 3, 2026, and is held at the Lowell Firefighters Club on Fletcher Street in Lowell, Massachusetts. The course returns to its original location and follows an approximately 5k (3.1 miles) route that begins and ends at the Lowell Firefighters Club.
The event features multiple male and female age categories plus a firefighters team category scored by the best three firefighters from a single group. Registration tiers are listed for different date ranges, with a reduced rate for registrants under 17. Registrants who register by September 15 will be guaranteed a free t-shirt.
An after party is planned at the club. Offerings include beer for registrants aged 21 and over while kegs last, plus barbecue and snacks. A portion of the event proceeds will be directed to the family of a Lowell firefighter who passed away.
