Packet pickup is at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Hall F (entrance at Arch and 12th Streets). Pickup is available on the Friday and Saturday before the race. Participants must present a photo ID. A friend may pick up a packet with a copy of the participant's photo ID, and one person may pick up other runners' packets with a copy of each runner's photo ID.
