Event overview
RunGiving 5k takes place in Augusta, GA on November 26, 2026, at the Mill Village Trailhead (109 Eve St.). The event is a local run and walk that collects non-perishable food and clothing for the Broad Street Ministry Center, which supports senior citizens, disabled people, and the local homeless population. For each donated food item, participants receive a raffle ticket for a prize. The 5k course continues onto the canal towpath and is primarily concrete with some gravel and dirt. A separate Fun Run follows an out-and-back route to a cone on the path and returns to the start area. The event is organized by Run the Tangents Timing. There are no refunds and a 30-minute weather delay may be used if needed.
