Event Overview
The Louisville Pride 5K is a running and walking event that takes place in Iroquois Park at the Iroquois Amphitheater. It is described as the fifth annual event and is positioned as a kick-off to Pride Week in Louisville. The course is a 5 km closed route inside the park.
Registration and Perks

Packet Pick-up
Participants can collect their race packets on the day before the event at the Louisville Pride Foundation's LGBTQ Community Center on South 3rd Street. Packets will also be available on the morning of the race at the event site.
Organizers and Beneficiaries
The event is managed by Louisville Running Company, an LGBTQ+-owned business. Professional timing is provided by Central Kentucky Race Management. The event benefits two nonprofit organizations: the Louisville Pride Foundation, which celebrates the LGBTQ+ community and advances equity, and the Kentuckiana Pride Foundation, which promotes social, economic, and health equity for sexual and gender minorities in the region.
