The Louisville 10 Mile takes place in Louisville, KY on April 4, 2026. The race is the final event of the Louisville Triple Crown of Running, presented by the Courier Journal. The course finishes on the 50-yard line at L&N Federal Credit Union Stadium. A post-race party is held outside Louisville Slugger Field.

Registration, services and series details
Registration includes a wearable swag item, a finisher’s medal, a race bib, and finisher photos. The course is fully supported with premium aid stations. The event offers one complimentary beer from Against The Grain for participants 21 and older. Group registration and volunteer opportunities are available. The race supports the WHAS Crusade for Children as a charity partner. The Louisville 10 Mile is the final of three races in the Triple Crown; the series also includes the Whiskey Row 5K and the Derby City 10K. Bundled registration for all three events offers a small per-event discount and earns the Triple Crown finisher medal. Norton Sports Health is listed as the official medical provider.
