University of Louisville 10 Mile
The University of Louisville 10 Mile is scheduled for April 3, 2027, and serves as the final race of the Louisville Triple Crown of Running series. The event is presented with the University of Louisville as title sponsor and Norton Sports Health as the official medical provider.
The course finishes on the 50 yard line at L&N Federal Credit Union Stadium. The 2027 event adds two distance options alongside the 10 mile race:

- 8K
- Louie Dash for kids
Registered participants receive an exclusive wearable swag item, a finisher medal, a race bib, and finisher photos. The course is fully supported with premium aid stations and a post-race party takes place outside L&N Federal Credit Union Stadium. Participants aged 21 and over receive one free beer.
The event offers a virtual participation option, group registration, and volunteer opportunities. It also includes a charity component that supports the WHAS Crusade for Children. The University of Louisville 10 Mile is the concluding event of a series that includes other races used to qualify for the Triple Crown challenges.
