2026 Lou LaSalle Memorial 5K Race
The Recreation Department will hold the Lou LaSalle Memorial event on Saturday, September 26 at the Harrison Complex in Roseland, New Jersey. The program offers two participation options and charges a single entry fee of $40. All interested persons are asked to register by no later than September 23.
Distances available:
- 5k run
- 1.5 mile walk
Each participant will receive a running shirt, post race refreshments, and other giveaways. Runners who place among the top finishers will receive awards at the conclusion of the event. Trophies will be given to the top three male and top three female overall finishers and to the top three finishers in each age group, with no duplication of awards.
Categories are offered for men and women and include the following age groups: 10 and under; 11 to 14; 15 to 19; 20 to 29; 30 to 39; 40 to 49; 50 to 59; 60 to 69; and 70 and over.
