Lou LaSalle Memorial 5K

The Roseland Recreation Department presents the Lou LaSalle Memorial 5K on October 17, 2026, at 19 Harrison Avenue in Roseland, New Jersey. The event honors the life and community service of Louis "Lou" LaSalle, a longtime Roseland resident and community leader.

LaSalle served in the U.S. Army and had a professional career in insurance and healthcare, including leadership roles at Saint Barnabas Medical Center and RWJBarnabas Health. He also volunteered annually at the Run for Roseland 5K. In recognition of his years of service and local involvement, the annual race has been renamed the Lou LaSalle Memorial 5K.
