Run for Liberty 5K - Jersey City
Run for Liberty 5K is scheduled for October 10, 2026 at Liberty State Park in Jersey City, New Jersey. The event is presented to benefit The Friends of Liberty State Park (FOLSP), and proceeds support preservation and improvement of the park.

The course is USATF certified and follows a waterfront route along the Hudson River inside Liberty State Park. Official chip timing is used and age group awards are given. Registered participants receive an official race T-shirt, professional race photos are provided, and there is a post-run recovery zone with snacks.
Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in each age group: 19 & under, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79, and 80 plus.
