Run for Liberty 5K - Jersey City
The Run for Liberty 5K takes place on October 10, 2026 at Liberty State Park, Flag Plaza (200 Morris Pesin Drive, Jersey City, NJ 07305). The event benefits The Friends of Liberty State Park and directs proceeds to preservation, improvement, and protection of the park.
The event uses a USATF certified 5K course along the Hudson River. Official chip timing is provided and age group awards are given. Participants receive an official Run for Liberty race T-shirt. Professional race photos will be available and there is a recovery area with snacks after the race.
