Lost Our Marbles
Lost Our Marbles is an indoor ultra marathon held at 1717 Elphinstone Street, Regina, SK, Canada. The event is in its second year and offers three timed challenges.
- 3 hour challenge
- 6 hour challenge
- 12 hour challenge
Lap counting uses a physical system: each completed lap requires placing one marble into a personal tin, and total marbles determine the recorded distance. The event is self supported and there is no aid station. Two readily accessible water fountains with bottle access are available, and clean change rooms and washrooms are on site. Food is not allowed on the track except for water bottles; a crew and event support area is located next to the food court and food may be consumed in the food court.
Participants have a safe place to store supplies and a chair beside the track for rest periods. At the end of the event all marbles are placed into a common bin and each participant may submit one guess; the closest guesses receive donated prizes. Every participant receives a participation item. Cash donations are accepted on the day of the event and all proceeds are given to CMHA Regina Branch.
