Loogootee Summerfest 5K
The event takes place at West Boggs Park in Loogootee, with the start and finish located near the beach house at 16117 US 231. The course uses paved park roads and follows the same route for the run and the walk. There is no gate fee for participants, and strollers are welcome. An awards presentation will be held at the beach house immediately after the 5K run.
The program includes a 5K run and a 5K fun walk. Registration opens on February 19, 2026 and closes on June 18, 2026. Entry fees for the 5K run are $20 for registrations received before June 18 and $25 on race day. Entry fees for the 5K walk are $10 without a T-shirt or $20 with a T-shirt before June 18 and $25 on race day. Everyone preregistered by June 18 is guaranteed a shirt on the day of the event.
