Longmonster Dash 5K
The Longmonster Dash 5K is an inaugural community running event presented by the Longmont Area Chamber of Commerce on October 17, 2026. The event takes place at Dickens Farm Nature Area, located on Boston Ave. between Main Street and Martin Street in Longmont, Colorado.
The event includes a chip timed 5K that is open to runners, walkers, and broom fliers. Packet pickup will be available on race morning. Registration carries a fee of $40 and is scheduled to open on August 19, 2026 and close on October 15, 2026. Parking information and an event map will be provided to participants before race day.
Awards include pumpkin trophies and age group prizes. A costume contest will present witch trophies in categories such as Best Overall, Best Family, Best Group, Spookiest Costume, and additional categories.
