Long Sault Trail Race & Ultra

Long Sault Trail Race & Ultra is a community trail-running event at Long Sault Conservation Area, Woodley Road, Bowmanville, Ontario. Distance options are 7K, 14K, 21K, or a 6-hour ultra. The course uses two 7K loops: 7K runners complete one loop, 14K runners do both loops, and 21K runners do both loops plus another, while the 6-hour race alternates between loops to rack up as many laps as possible.

Highlights include a Start/Finish, an on-site aid station, and paid parking with carpooling encouraged. Swag includes Outway socks; a Kids 2K Fun Run with an ice-cream voucher; and hoodies; proceeds benefit CLOCA. Awards for each distance.
