Awards and course rules

There are awards for breaking the female and male records in the 6-, 12-, or 24-hour categories. The 12-hour race serves as the RRCA Tennessee Ultra Championship.
The event is cup-free; participants must bring their own hydration systems. Runners are responsible for their own food and water, though concessions and volunteer-provided lunch will be available. Littering on the course can result in disqualification. Race officials may evaluate participants for safety and can decide if a runner may continue.
