Loco Moco 5K Fun Run and Walk
The Loco Moco 5k, formerly known as the Husky Hustle, is a community fundraising event held in Verona Beach at 6541 Lakeshore Road S. Organized by the Oneida Elementary PTO, the event supports students by providing scholarships, field trips, and school celebrations. The gathering serves to generate funds for educational support while offering an outdoor activity for local families.
Participants can choose from the following event options:
- 5k Run
- 5k Walk
- Kids' Fun Run
The course starts in front of the Community Building. While participants navigate the route, other activities take place within the park. Shelter C hosts informational tables, and various vendors and food options are available on-site for both participants and spectators.
