Event Overview

The Llano Estacado Wine Run 5k is an annual event held at the Llano Estacado Winery in Lubbock, Texas. This location is one of the largest premium wineries in the state, producing vintages on Texas soil since 1976. The event is open to participants of various ages and allows for both running and walking.

The course is designed as a 5k route that starts and finishes at the winery. The environment is primarily cross-country style, featuring grass surfaces and numerous turns through the vineyards. The terrain is flat, making it accessible for different types of participants. While strollers are allowed, they are not recommended due to the uneven nature of the grass course.
