23rd Annual Liz Hurley Ribbon Run
The event is a community running event held on October 17, 2026, in Huntsville, Alabama, with the race beginning near the corner of Lowe Avenue and Gallatin Street at 699 Gallatin Street SW.
The event program includes a free Survivors' Walk for breast cancer survivors that begins near Franklin Street and Lowe Avenue; wheelchairs and scooters are permitted for the Survivors' Walk. The running distance offered is 5K.
Packet pickup is organized in two ways: team packet pickup for teams of ten or more on October 12 and October 13 at Huntsville Hospital Foundation (699 Gallatin Street SW, Building A), and individual packet pickup on October 15 and October 16 at Huntsville Hospital Foundation and at Fleet Feet Sports in Jones Valley (2722 Carl T Jones Drive SE, B2, Huntsville, AL 35801).
Event policies include no additional fee to form a team, a requirement of ten registered members for team packet pickup, a no-transfer registration policy, and no refunds. Strollers and baby joggers are strongly discouraged and participants using them will be directed to the back of the start lineup. Dogs, skateboards, and bicycles are not permitted. There is no minimum age for participation; participants under 12 must be accompanied by an adult and participants under 18 require a parent or legal guardian signature on the registration form.
