Registration, course and awards
Registration opens February 10, 2026. Regular entry fees listed are $20 for the 5K, $20 for the fun run, and $30 for the combo. Race day fees listed are $25 for the 5K, $25 for the fun run, and $30 for the combo. Participants registered by 4/15 are guaranteed a race shirt in their size; later registrations receive shirts while supplies last. A course map is provided and the races are routed in Heritage Park near downtown Rogersville.
Awards are given for Overall 1st-3rd Male and Female and Master Male/Female in the 5K, plus age-division awards 1st-3rd for both the 5K and the fun run. The event is listed to proceed rain or shine. All registrations are final; there are no refunds, deferments, or transfers. In the event of a declared Federal or State health emergency, the event may go virtual and shirts will be shipped.
