LIRRC Ducks Easter Bunny 5K Run/Walk : 2027
The event is a community 5K run and walk held by LIRRC at Eisenhower Park, Field 2, Parking Lot 2 in East Meadow, NY. A free kids fun run is also offered on race day. Registration is not yet open and limited day of registration will be available.

The course is described as flat and fast within Eisenhower Park and is USATF certified. Water and refreshments are provided at the finish area. Bib pickup is available on race day; participants must know their bib number and a self lookup area will be provided. Registering at least three weeks in advance yields a personalized race number.
Awards include trophies and a chocolate bunny for the first male and female overall. Top three male and female finishers are recognized in the following age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80 plus. There is no duplication of awards between overall winners and age group winners.
