Event Overview
The LIRRC Ducks Easter Bunny 5K Run/Walk is an athletic event held at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow, New York. The race takes place on a USATF certified course that is described as flat and fast. Participants complete the route within the park grounds, with water and refreshments provided at the finish line. Results are made available online with live tracking, and the race includes free video and finish-line photography.
Participation Details
The event is open to runners and walkers of various ages. Registration includes several options:

Participants who register at least three weeks before the race date receive a personalized bib with their name printed on it. The first 150 registrants are also eligible for a giveaway. Active military personnel can receive free entry by showing a military ID. The race is held rain or shine, and day-of registration is available on a limited basis.
Awards and Recognition
The 5K race is part of the USATF-LI Grand Prix road running series. Trophies and chocolate bunnies are awarded to the first overall male and female finishers. Additionally, awards are provided to the top three male and female finishers in various age groups, ranging from 14 and under to 80 and over.
