Linglestown Memorial Day Mile
The 9th annual Linglestown Memorial Day Mile is scheduled for May 25, 2026, in Linglestown, Pennsylvania. Sponsored by the Linglestown Area Civic Association, the event is a self timed one mile run or walk that follows part of the Memorial Day parade route through historic Linglestown. All participants receive a finishers medal.
Participants pick up a souvenir bib at the main lobby of Linglestown Life United Methodist Church, 1430 North Mountain Road, Linglestown PA 17112, before the event. There is no walk up registration; all entries must be completed online in advance. Registration fees are $10 for non veteran adults ages 13 and up, $5 for children ages 12 and under, and veterans register for free. Net proceeds benefit the Dauphin County Heroes Grove Memorial at Brightbill Park and the Linglestown Area Civic Association. This is a self timed event; finish times may be uploaded to LinglestownCivic.com and must be submitted by May 26, with results posted on May 27. Leashed pets are welcome and participants may remain in town for the Memorial Day parade after completing the course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
