Lindsay Milk Run

The Lindsay Milk Run is an annual running event held at the Lindsay Recreation Complex in Lindsay, Ontario. Scheduled for July 20, 2025, it features 5K and 10K races along with a 500m Kids Fun Run. Participants receive a finisher medal, race-branded beach towel, and post-race refreshments for the main races, while kids get a medal, goodie bag, and refreshments.

The event encourages team participation with divisions for 5K and 10K teams, each consisting of 4 to 12 members. Age categories span from youth to seniors.
