Fenelon Falls Turkey Trot
The Fenelon Falls Turkey Trot is a trail race and family fun run or walk founded in 2016. It takes place on the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend and raises funds for Women’s Resources of Kawartha Lakes, with a 2026 donation goal of $2200.
The event meeting point is the Garnet Graham Beach Park gazebo on Cameron Lake at 98 Francis Street West. The course is a flat out and back on the Kawartha Rail Trail. The surface is approximately 98 percent gravel and screenings.

Registration is online only; there is no race day entry. Race package pickup is available the day before at the Fenelon Curling Club and on race morning at the park gazebo. Parking on site is limited; street parking is available on Francis Street and Bond Street. Pets are not allowed on the trail during the race unless they are service animals; pets may be in the park on a leash.
Participant services include personal timing, a custom souvenir bib, an optional T shirt for a small extra charge, a wooden finisher medal, post event food, massage, draw prizes and awards. The event is sanctioned by Athletics Ontario. Volunteers receive training, a T shirt, lunch and recognition. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
