Lincoln Half Marathon - Lincolnshire Showground, 4 October 2026
The Lincoln Half Marathon is a road race that starts and finishes at the Lincolnshire Showground. The course covers a scenic 13.1 miles, taking runners into the city and past landmarks such as Lincoln Castle and Lincoln Cathedral. Entrants must be 17 years or over on event day.
Included with entry are chip timing, a finisher's goody bag and an exclusive medal, with options to pre-order a finisher t-shirt and an iTAB engraving. Race numbers are collection only; entrants are asked not to allow anyone else to run with their number.
On course provision includes water stations supplying 330 ml bottles and Applied Nutrition energy stations offering isotonic drinks and energy gels. Fixed first aid stations will be located near water stations, with a first aid unit and recovery area near the start and finish and roaming first aiders around the Event Village. Pacers sponsored by Arla Protein will be available, carrying flags that show target finish times.
Event Village facilities include food and drink for purchase and partner charities present in the village. Toilets will be provided around the stadium and a baggage store is available; discarded clothing at the start will be collected for donation unless checked into baggage. Photos will be taken on course by MarathonPhotos and results will be published after the event.
