Lincoln Half Marathon
The Lincoln Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 04 October 2026 with the start and finish at the Lincolnshire Showground. The event follows a scenic 13.1 miles route into the heart of Lincoln and passes landmarks including Lincoln Castle and Lincoln Cathedral.
Entrants must be 17 years or over on event day. The entry package includes chip timing, a finisher's goody bag, an exclusive medal and the option to pre-order a finisher t-shirt and an iTAB.
Race numbers are collection only. Allowing another person to run with a race number under your name is prohibited and may result in disqualification and medical complications for unknown runners.
On course there are water stations supplying 330 ml bottles and Applied Nutrition energy stations offering isotonic drinks and energy gels. Recycling bins will be provided at each water station. Baggage drop is available using the tear off strip from the race number. Pacers sponsored by Arla Protein will carry flags showing target finish times.
Toilets are provided around the stadium and first aid cover is available at regular intervals on the course, with a first aid unit and recovery area near the start and finish and roaming first aiders in the event village. Event village facilities include food and drink for purchase, charity stalls, post race massage courtesy of Lincoln Private Hospital - Circle Health Group, and official race photography for purchase.
