Lincoln Half Marathon
The Lincoln Half Marathon is a road race that starts and finishes at the Lincolnshire Showground in Lincoln. The route covers a scenic 13.1 mile course into the city and passes landmarks including Lincoln Castle and Lincoln Cathedral.
Entrants must be 17 years or over on event day. The event includes chip timing, a finisher's goody bag and an exclusive medal. There is an option to preorder a finisher t-shirt and to add iTAB engraving for medals. Race numbers are available collection only.
On course provision includes water stations supplying 330ml bottles and Applied Nutrition isotonic drinks and energy gels. Fixed first aid stations are located near water stations, with a first aid unit and recovery area close to the start and finish and roaming first aiders on site. Pacers sponsored by Arla Protein will carry flags showing target finish times. Toilets are provided around the stadium and a baggage store is available using the tear off strip from the race number.
The Event Village offers food and drink outlets, partner charities and a post race sports massage. Photography will be taken during the event and can be purchased. Recycling bins are provided across the course and at water stations and a trainer donation point will be available next to the Race Office. Parking is at the Lincolnshire Showground LN2 2NA via Gates 2 and 4 with a dedicated drop off loop using Gate 4 and exit via Gate 5. Results are published after the event.
