City of Lincoln 10K - 12 April 2026
The City of Lincoln 10K is a road race held in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. The course is described as fast and flat and runs from Riseholme Road to a finish area near Lincoln Cathedral, passing landmarks such as the Roman Walls and city gardens. The event includes an Event Village at Lincoln Castle where food and drink are available to purchase and where partner charities and event services are located.
Entrants must be 15 years or over on event day. The race uses chip timing and provides an exclusive medal, a finisher’s goody bag, and the option to pre-order a finisher t-shirt. Race numbers are dispatched in the build up to the event and can be collected from the Race Office if a UK posting address is not available. Baggage drop is managed from designated car park locations and collection points are provided after the race.
On course there are water stations supplying 330 ml bottles, recycling bins at water stations, pacers with finish-time flags sponsored by Arla Protein, allocated toilet facilities around the stadium area, and first aid provision including fixed stations near water stations, a finish-area first aid unit and roaming first aiders in the Event Village. The event also promotes sustainability measures and a JogOn trainer drop-off at the Race Office in the Event Village. Travel options listed include car, train and walking access.
