City of Lincoln 10K
The City of Lincoln 10K is a road running event held in Lincoln. The race covers a 10 km course described as fast and flat and passes several local sights, including the Roman Walls, Lincoln Cathedral, and the city gardens. Spectators line parts of the route.
Entrants must be 15 years or over on race day. Race numbers are posted 7-10 days before the event or available for collection only, with further details provided closer to the event.
Included for participants are chip timing, a finisher’s goody bag, an option to pre-order a finisher t-shirt, and an exclusive medal. Water stations on course supply 330 ml bottles and recycling bins are provided at each water point. Pacers sponsored by Arla Protein will run with flags denoting target finish times. Toilets are provided around the stadium and there will be a first aid unit and recovery area near the finish plus fixed first aid stations near water stations and roaming first aiders in the Event Village.
The Event Village at Lincoln Castle offers food and drink for purchase and space for partner charities.
