Event Overview
The Fairlife Lilac Run takes place in Rochester, New York, marks its 47th anniversary in 2026. Held on the final day of the Rochester Lilac Festival, the event is centered at Highland Park. Participants can choose between several in-person road races or virtual options.

The 1 mile fun run is designed for families and follows a course down Highland Avenue, featuring a midpoint donut station. Participants selecting the Double Dash complete both the 5 km and 10 km courses to receive a specific event item and a medal slider.
Participant Information
Race packets are available for collection at a local running store in Rochester in the days leading up to the event. The post-race area at the park features music, food, and recovery sessions. On the day following the race, a local store offers a service for participants to have their finish times engraved onto their medals.
Awards are presented to the overall male and female winners of the 5 km and 10 km events. Additionally, age group awards are provided in several categories starting from 14 and under up to 80 and older. The event partners with Camp Sunshine, a residential summer camp for children and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
