Light the Way 5K - Natchitoches
The Light the Way 5K takes place on November 22, 2026 in Natchitoches, Louisiana, at 626 Front Street along the riverbank. The event is a night-time run held entirely under the Natchitoches Christmas lights.
The route starts in front of the riverbank stage, runs south past Santa Clause Lane, turns west on Amulet, continues north on 2nd Street, and goes east on Lafayette to return to the riverbank. One lap of this route is used for the Fun Run. Completing three laps of the route equals the 5K distance.

- 5K : 3.1 Miles, three laps of the listed route
- 1 mile Fun Run, one lap of the listed route
- Kids 14 & Under 1 mile Fun Run
- Virtual 5K, same distance as the in-person 5K
Registration for the in-person events opens July 22, 2026 and closes August 23, 2026. Listed registration fees are $30.00 for the 5K, $20.00 for the 1 mile Fun Run, $10.00 for the kids 1 mile, and $25.00 for the Virtual 5K.
