Run, Baby, Run 5K Natchitoches
The Run, Baby, Run 5K is the 14th annual run and walk held along the Natchitoches riverbank in the Historic District. The event offers multiple participation options and is organized as an awareness run and fundraiser for the Women’s Resource Center of Natchitoches.
Proceeds support the operational costs of the Women’s Resource Center so it can continue providing free and confidential services. Services listed include pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, prenatal education, emotional support, and material assistance. The Center serves hundreds of local families and provides services regardless of insurance or income status.
The event takes place on the same day as the Natchitoches Jazz Festival, with additional activities occurring in town. Pre registration includes a race t shirt and a goodie bag. The event layout and exact course run through the downtown Historic District and along the riverbank area of Natchitoches.
