About the race
Lichfield 10K & Family Fun Run takes place in Beacon Park, Lichfield. The event offers a 10k race on scenic country lanes closed to traffic and a 2km Fun Run inside Beacon Park. The 10k course is hilly with a measured, UKA-licensed route, finishing back in Beacon Park.
The day features chip timing, an escort car and motorcycles, medical cover, and pacers across a wide range of finishing times. Spectators line the start/finish and halfway points; marshals create a friendly atmosphere. Proceeds support Lichfield Running Club and local charities; medals are wooden, T-shirts recycled-plastic, and plastic waste is recycled.
