Liberty's Lost Treasure - Guthrie, OK
Liberty's Lost Treasure is a trail race held at Lake Liberty in Guthrie, Oklahoma. The course is based on a 7.8 mile loop of single-track trail around the lake; the 5K uses an out-and-back layout. The 50K course has a 10 hour cutoff.
Distances offered include:
- 5K - Out and back course
- 12.5K - One full 7.8 mile loop
- 25K - Two full 7.8 mile loops
- 50K - Four full 7.8 mile loops
There will be one staffed aid station located approximately four miles into the course; there is no crew access at that aid station. Crew access is available at the trailhead start and finish area. No pacers are allowed.
Entries include a distance specific buckle or medal for finishers, a participant t shirt, post race meals, complimentary race photos, and fully stocked aid stations. Hoodies are available for separate purchase. Dogs are permitted but must be leashed. Trekking poles are allowed.
A ruck division is offered with minimum weight requirements based on participant body weight, restrictions on what counts toward the required weight, and allowance of weighted vests. Runners are responsible for their own safety; local EMS will be used in case of medical emergencies.
