The Lucky to be at Lester 5K Walk/Run is an annual leprechaun-themed community event held in Florence, South Carolina. The race is organized to support Lester Elementary Student Activities, with proceeds funding enriching experiences for the school's students and staff.

The course starts and finishes at Briggs Elementary School, located at 1012 Congaree Dr. The route winds through surrounding residential neighborhoods. This course is open to both runners and walkers and is designated as pet and stroller friendly. Participants may encounter festive elements along the route, such as themed characters.

Registered participants receive a t-shirt, though size and availability are only guaranteed for those who enter by the specified cutoff date of February 22. On the day of the event, packet pickup is available on-site before the start of the race.
