Run Like A Nut
Run Like A Nut takes place on November 7, 2026 in Florence, South Carolina. The event is produced by the SC Pecan Music & Food Festival, a program of the Florence Downtown Development Corp, and the half marathon is part of the Pee Dee Grand Prix.

All races start from 120 E. Elm Street in downtown Florence. Packet pickup occurs on race day at the same address starting at 7:00 a.m. Courses pass through historic neighborhoods of downtown Florence, and the SC Pecan Music & Food Festival is located about two blocks from the finish lines.
Event notes include that strollers and pets are welcome, people can listen to music, and parking is free on a first come, first served basis. There are no age restrictions and the event will run rain or shine.
Awards and prizes are specified for each distance. All half marathon finishers receive a medal; the half marathon also offers cash prizes for overall male and female finishers and awards by age group. The 5K and 10K include overall and masters prizes and medals for top age group finishers.
