Leominster 5K & 10K Easter 2027
This event takes place on Friday 26 March 2027, the Easter Bank Holiday, and is a chip timed road race held on quiet country lanes around Leominster. Race headquarters are at Halo Leisure, Bridge Street Sports Centre, Leominster HR6 8EA. Entries are limited to 300 and all entrants must register in advance; no on-the-day sign ups are permitted. The entry closing date is 23 March 2027 and race place transfers are available only until 20 March 2027.
Distances:
- 5K out-and-back on flat country lanes.
- 10K gently undulating route following scenic country lanes and incorporating the 5K route.
Practical information provided by the organiser includes limited charged parking at the sports centre, toilets on site, and full medical cover. Water is offered post-race for the 5K and a water station is passed twice on the 10K. Every finisher receives a medal. Male and female prizes are awarded for first, second and third places in both races. Full results will be published after the event by the official timing provider.
Race rules note that headphones are not permitted except bone conducting types, race bibs must be worn visibly, no dogs are allowed on the course, and entrants are subject to UK Athletics and anti-doping rules.
