Event information
The Hereford Couriers Christmas 10k Road Race takes place on 28 December 2025 at Hereford Rugby Club, Belvedere Lane, Hereford HR4 0PH. The event is a 10 km road race on open, quiet lanes with a mildly undulating route. The course is marked and marshalled and includes a water station at the midway point. All finishers receive a festive medal and the event is chip-timed.
Entry, course measurement and rules
Entry is limited to 500 participants. Listed entry fees are £22 for affiliated runners and £24 for unattached runners; a discounted price period applies until 22 December 2025. Minimum age to enter is 16. The course has been measured as 10 km by the AUKCM, the event is held under UK Athletics / England Athletics rules, and results will appear on Power of 10. The event licence has been applied for and is pending approval - licence number 28881.
Facilities and parking are to be confirmed nearer the event; there will be no parking onsite at the rugby club car park because it is used for the start and finish. Transfers are allowed up to seven days before the event; entry fees are not refundable after sign-up. No dogs are permitted on the course.
