Lemon Run presented by the Goleta Education Foundation
The Lemon Run takes place on September 20, 2026 at Goleta Beach Park, 5986 Sandspit Rd, Goleta CA. The event includes organized running events and family activities presented by the Goleta Education Foundation to support local education.

- 1K Family Fun Run
Registration details vary by distance. The 10K and 5K open registration on October 4, 2025 and close July 31, 2026; standard registration fees are $30 with ages 18 and under at $10. The 1K opens registration on October 4, 2025 and remains open through September 20, 2026; its fee is $10 and ages 12 and under register free. Early bib pick-up is scheduled the day before at Deckers Brand Showcase, with packet pick-up and late registration at Goleta Beach Park Area D on the day before the event.
Participants begin with rolling starts. Strollers are allowed and families may run together. Winner prizes and participant goodies are provided by local businesses. Parking is available at Goleta Beach with additional parking at UCSB Parking Lot 10 and carpool parking at Deckers Brand Showcase. A bike valet is available with Move SB and a drop-off area is accessible in front of the Ellwood Restaurant parking lot. Pre-order race shirts by 8/31 to secure sizes in adult and youth S/M/L/XL.
